Delicious peppery cookie.  Sounds weird, Cabernet wine biscuits ... but I am currently, frantically trying to find a replacement to the box I just finished off!

So, I overdid it this winter.  Holidays onto girl scout cookie season (now).  So I am looking for fantastic low calorie recipes.  The "thin mints" are just not working.
