I'd give it a 10 for packaging design art. The tongue logo is pretty much totally awesome. The hot sauce... is just hot sauce, I'll use it. Meh.

Picadillo
The only thing I changed about the recipe is I used a 7 oz jar of pimento stuffed olives and about 2Tbs of capers (same as mix but ended up with more ounces). I also pumped up the cumin and garlic at the end as suggested. I seved with fresh cilantro and a cilantro/cabbage/kale slaw. The kids ate it on french bread like it was a sloppy joe. The teenager had 2nds. It's a keeper!

Rambings
So, I overdid it this winter. Holidays onto girl scout cookie season (now). So I am looking for fantastic low calorie recipes. The "thin mints" are just not working.
THIS is the next recipe I want to try:

Another weird bagel flavor
My 9yr old thought he grabbed blueberry bagels, turns out they were LEMON blueberry. I really wanted to try these, but apparently they were so delish that they almost instantly disappeared!! Says limited edition....rut roh

Pickled
I want to pickle everything.
For this I shoved some (raw) green beans and fresh dill in a jar and then I boiled 1 C vinegar (I had apple and white wine on hand and used both), 1Tbs Sea salt, 1/2 Tbs peppercorns, 1 tsp sugar and some more dill). Poured over the green beans and put the lid on, I let it get to room temp before refrigeration.
