First Day of Summer Break Dinner

Fruit is the theme!  Lemony Caesar salad, strawberries and Orange-soy chicken sandwiches with mango-chutney mayo... and orange lemon mini tarts for dessert!  Got 2 and a 1/2 (outta 3) thumbs up.

Risotto

Ai funghi porcini... Wouldn't go put off my way to buy this again. Cooked well, though.

Couscous!

This couscous is finer than any I've tried. Love it!

Sohan Papdi

Like spun honey with nuts and cardamom. Delicate, and dissolves instantly in your mouth.

Dinner winner

Zucchini,carrots,green onion, garlic, chicken, cilantro all chopped and ready to go when I realize the jar of cous cous sauce I planned dinner around is long gone. No worries, bouillion cube, tomato paste...AND harissa and kefta spices from a 'try the world box' (Morocco) to the rescue!
