First Day of Summer Break Dinner

Fruit is the theme!  Lemony Caesar salad, strawberries and Orange-soy chicken sandwiches with mango-chutney mayo... and orange lemon mini tarts for dessert!  Got 2 and a 1/2 (outta 3) thumbs up.

Leftover panko fried chicken, makes yum-o next day salad.  Arugula and romaine, toasted walnut, feta, strawberries and balsamic vinaigrette.
